In 1998, Stan first attained his certifications as a personal trainer (CPT) and strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Afterwards, in 2000, he went on to receive a masters degree in human performance at Southern Connecticut State University. After earning his masters, Stan attended the C.H.E.K. Institute in Vista, California where he studied corrective exercise kinesiology, holistic nutrition & lifestyle coaching, and golf biomechanics, earning the title Golf Performance Specialist. In 2002, Stan became immersed in energy healing with the art of Jin Shin Jyutsuwhich led him into massage therapy and neurosomatic therapy methodologies. He graduated from the Galen Institute in 2005 where he studied to become a massage therapist. Thereafter, Stan completed the program to become a Neurosomatic Therapist at Paul St. John's Neurosomatic Educators in FL.
Stan practiced as a massage therapist in Connecticut from 2005-2016, at which point he moved to North Carolina. Now that he has become certified in NC to practice as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist (LMBT #16650), he is looking to apply his passions and skills to all those seeking his expertise in the Triangle area.
Stan's practice blends Neurosomatic Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu, corrective holistic exercise kinesiology, along with nutrition and lifestyle coaching, to achieve optimal results with his clients. He employs a holistic, whole-body approach to wellness, and applies a multi-faceted, structural-based system in order to realign posture, improve balance, strength and flexibility, and to restore a sense of wellness, health and happiness to his client's lives.
